Return Policy

Puget Sound Guitars offers a 30 day return policy.  If you are not happy with your guitar or other purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, including shipping charges.

To return your product, please contact us first so that we may issue you a return authorization number and give you instructions on packaging the guitar and the address where to send it to.

All returned products must be in new condition.  If the returned product is damaged or parts are missing, there will be a minimum 15% charge.

Privacy Policy

Puget Sound Guitars takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously.  We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. 

Puget Sound Guitars does not share customer information with anyone else and you will not be put on any mailing lists. 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We ship via FedEx Ground for all orders in the USA for a flat rate of $30 including insurance. Contact us for rates to Alaska and Hawaii.  All orders are insured for the value of the guitar.  FedEx does not ship to Post Office boxes. We do not offer local pickup.

International Shipping: Shipping to Canada is $35 by FedEx Ground. All other international shipments are via FedEx. Contact us with your postal code for a quote to your country. I will only ship to certain countries. For International shipments, you will need to pay your country's customs fees. I cannot mark the package as a gift or sample.
